Serbi transforms pest control into a simple, on-demand experience. We designed a mobile marketplace where homeowners can find vetted technicians, compare options, book services, and track appointments in real time.
Serbi needed to replace phone calls, waiting, and uncertainty with a clear digital experience. We focused on simple booking flows, transparent information, and timely updates throughout the customer journey.

Having a stranger enter your home requires confidence. Technician ratings, profiles, experience, pricing, and communication were made visible at the right moments, helping customers make informed decisions before booking.
The experience continues after a booking is made. Live location tracking and clear service updates show customers where their technician is and what is happening at every stage of the appointment.
Serbi needed to feel approachable without losing the professionalism of a home service. We combined warm colors, bold typography, real photography, and a custom technician character to create a distinctive mobile experience.
